I object wholeheartedly. I agree with comments posted regarding proximity to lots of children and schools. I will also email my objection. Outrageous, as I had thought this was rejected already.

Having visited the exhibition on saturday,I was impressed with the amount of planning and forethought that has gone into this scheme. My only concern is the possible traffic congestion around the new site. At present I refuse to use the existing Battery Park site due to the awful traffic management system to allow vehicles to leave the site in a reasonable manner. No traffic lights( unlike the exit from the existing Sainsbury car park).I assume once the existing sainsbury has been demolished the traffic routes will be greatly improved??? Also where new roads are built with bus routes, the bus stops should be in a bus "lay by" off the main traffic route to prevent vehicles building back behind stationary buses,as passengers get on/off the bus.
I look forward with great interest to the ongoing works and completion of this, another major project within the Selly Oak area.
